INGREDIENTS

Coconut Clusters – 1 ¼ cups Coconut Flakes – ¼ cup Pumpkin Seeds – 1 tbsp Chia Seed – ¾ cup Sugar-free Dark Chocolate Chips – 2 tsp Coconut Oil – ¼ tsp Salt – ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon – ¼ tsp Vanilla Stevia Drops

Pour the untoasted coconut flakes into a large non-stick frying pan and cook them for a few minutes.

When the sugar-free coconut flakes are toasted and golden, set them aside in a bowl to cool down.

Combine the toasted coconut flakes with pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, salt, and cinnamon.

Combine the sugar-free chocolate chips and coconut oil into a microwave-safe bowl and melt them.
