Easy Keto Recipe
Keto Crepes – 4 large Eggs – 4 oz Cream Cheese – 1 ⅓ cup Almond Flour – 2 tbsp Erythritol – 1 tsp Vanilla Essence – ¼ cup Almond Milk – 1 tbsp Butter
Combine all the Keto Crepe ingredients in the jug of a high-speed blender before blending them to reach a creamy and smooth batter.
After blending the keto crepe batter, pour it into a large mixing bowl to let it rest for at least 5 minutes.
Pour 1/3 of a cup of keto crepe batter using a measuring cup onto a crepe pan or pancake griddle that has been greased with oil or butter.
As you pour the crepe batter, tilt the pan in a circular motion to cover its entire surface with the batter.
Cook the Keto Crepes for 2 to 3 minutes initially before peeling off the edges and sliding a spatula to flip them for another minute of cooking on the other side.
Serve your Keto Crepes with your favorite low-carb toppings like powdered sweetener, fresh raspberries, or sugar-free maple syrup.
