Keto Fudge – 1 ¼ cup Sugar-free Dark Chocolate Chips – ¼ cup Butter – ½ cup Almond Butter – 3 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder – ¼ tsp Stevia Drops – ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Combine Almond butter, Sugar-free Chocolate Chips, and Butter in a microwave-safe mixing bowl.
Microwave the mixture until the chocolate chips have melted. Stir the cocoa powder and vanilla extract into keto fudge batter.
Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper hanging over the sides, and pour the keto fudge batter.
Leave the Keto Fudge in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to let it set fully.
Use a knife to release the edges of the keto fudge and use the parchment paper overhangs to pull it out of the loaf pan.
Slice the keto fudge into 18 (3x6) squares with a sharp kitchen knife. You can wet the blade with warm water to make this easier.
Decorate your keto fudge squares with sugar-free keto-friendly Christmas sprinkles and decorations.
