Keto Fudge – Sugar-free Dark Chocolate Chips – Butter – Almond Butter – Unsweetened Cocoa Powder – Stevia Drops – Vanilla Extract
Combine Almond butter, Sugar-free Chocolate Chips, and Butter in a microwave-safe mixing bowl.
Microwave the mixture until the chocolate chips have melted. Stir the cocoa powder and vanilla extract into keto fudge batter.
Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper hanging over the sides, and pour the Low-Carb Fudge batter.
Leave the Keto Fudge in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to let it set fully.
Use a knife to release the edges of the Sugar-Free Fudge and use the parchment paper overhangs to pull it out of the loaf pan.
Slice the Keto Chocolate Fudge into 18 (3x6) squares with a sharp kitchen knife. You can wet the blade with warm water to make this easier.
