Keto Hot Chocolate (Low-Carb, Vegan)
Keto Hot Chocolate – 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk – 1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder – 1-2 tbsp Erythritol – 1 ½ tbsp Sugar-free Chocolate Chips – ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon
Heat the Unsweetened Almond Milk in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering for 2 minutes.
When bubbles form on the sides of the pan, take it out of the heat and pour the cocoa powder.
Stir the hot milk and pour the sugar-free sweetener. Whisk the hot chocolate until dissolved.
Add the sugar-free chocolate chips and the cinnamon and stir the Keto Hot Chocolate until melted.
Pour the Low-carb Hot Chocolate into a large mug immediately.
Decorate the Keto Hot Chocolate with cocoa nibs or chocolate chunks and coconut cream.
