Keto Jambalaya – 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil – ½ cup Onion – ½ cup Red Bell Pepper – ½ cup Green Bell Pepper – 1-2 Jalapeno Peppers – 2 stalks Celery – 6 Cloves Garlic – 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast  – 1 pound Andouille Sausage  – 1 can Diced Tomatoes – 1 tsp Salt – 1 tsp Dried Basil – 1 tsp Dried Oregano – ½ cup Chicken Broth – 1 ½ cup Cauliflower Rice – 1 pound Shrimp  – 3 tsp Cajun Seasoning

Combine the vegetables, diced chicken, and diced sausage in a cast-iron pan.

Stir until the Keto Jambalaya meat is covered in spices.

Add the canned tomato puree, Cajun spices, basil, and oregano to the jambalaya meat.
