Keto SHORTBREAD CRUST – 1 ½ cup Almond Flour – 3 tbsp Coconut Oil – 2 tbsp Water – ¼ cup Erythritol – ¼ tsp Salt – 1 tsp Vanilla Extract COCONUT LAYER – 1 cup Shredded Coconut – 1 cup Walnuts – ½ cup Pecan – ½ cup Dark Chocolate Chips – ½ cup Milk Chocolate Chips – 1 batch Keto Condensed Milk
Combine the flour, erythritol, salt, melted coconut oil, water, and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
Stir the Keto Magic Bar batter until forming a sticky shortbread crust ball.
Transfer the dough to a baking dish. Press the dough with your hands to smoothen the surface.
Bake the shortbread crust for 12 minutes in an oven preheated to 320°F (160°F).
After cooling down the shortbread crust, sprinkle unsweetened shredded coconut.
Sprinkle sugar-free dark chocolate and milk chocolate chips onto the magic bars.
Pour chopped walnuts and pecans all over the magic bar base.
Pour the Homemade Keto Condensed Milk on top of the magic bars.
Bake the Keto Magic Bars for 20 to 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 320°F (160°C).
Cool the Magic Bars for 15 minutes in the pan and 60 minutes on a cooling rack.
