SHORTBREAD CRUST – 1 ½ cup Almond Flour – 3 tbsp Coconut Oil – 2 tbsp Water – ¼ cup Erythritol – ¼ tsp Salt – 1 tsp Vanilla Extract COCONUT LAYER – 1 cup Shredded Coconut – 1 cup Walnuts – ½ cup Pecan – ½ cup Dark Chocolate Chips – ½ cup Sugar-free Milk Chocolate Chips – 1 batch Keto Condensed Milk

Combine Base Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, add almond flour, erythritol, salt, melted coconut oil, water, and vanilla.

Form Sticky Dough

Stir until it forms a shortbread dough that sticks together into a ball. knead until it sticks.

Transfer To Pan

Transfer the dough onto the prepared pan and press with your hands to evenly cover the surface of the pan.

Pre-bake The Crust

Pre-bake crust for 12 minutes. After that time, remove the pan from the oven and set it aside at room temperature to cool down for at least 10 minutes.

Add Topping Ingredients

Sprinkle the following ingredients on top of the pre-baked Keto Bar Shortbread: Unsweetened Shredded Coconut, Sugar-Free Milk Chocolate Chips.

Add More Toppings

Add Dark Sugar-free Chocolate Chips to the magic bar, and top them with another layer of unsweetened shredded coconut.

Pour Chopped Nuts

To finish the toppings on the bars, pour a mix of chopped pecan nuts, chopped walnuts, and distribute them evenly.

Cover The Bars

Cover the Magic Bars with homemade unsweetened condensed milk (or store-bought keto-friendly condensed milk).

Bake The Keto Magic Bars

Bake the magic bars on the center rack of the oven at 320°F (160°C) for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top and bubbly on the sides.
