KETO MARGARITA – 2 fl oz Blanco Tequila – ½ tsp Orange Extract – 1 ½ fl oz Lime Juice – 2 tsp Powdered Erythritol – 1 cup Crushed Ice – 1 Lime Wedge – 1 tbsp Salt
Prepare Salty Rim
Place enough fine sea salt into a shallow bowl to dip the top of the glass rim. Rub the rim of a margarita glass with a lime wedge.
Dip Rim of Glass
Dip the rim into salt to coat.
Frost the Glass
Fill the glass with half a cup of crushed ice and set it aside in the fridge or don't add the ice and freeze the glass.
In a cocktail shaker, add the remaining 1/2 cup of crushed ice, tequila, lime juice, natural orange extract, powdered sweetener.
Close and shake vigorously for 60 seconds - it's long, but that's what it needs to get all the flavor!
Strain into the prepared glass and serve with extra crushed ice in the glass if desired.
