– 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk – 1/4 cup Heavy Cream – 1/2 small Avocado  – 1 cup Crushed Ice – 1-2 teaspoon Matcha Powder  – 2-3 tablespoons Erythritol  – 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract – 2 teaspoons MCT Oil

Pour Ingredients

Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender, starting with only 1 teaspoon of Matcha powder and 2 tablespoons of erythritol.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust, adding more Matcha powder or sweetener to taste. For a frothier drink, add up to 1/4 cup extra ice cubes.
