INGREDIENTS

Keto Donut Dough – 1 cup Lukewarm Water – 2 tsp Active Dried Yeast – 2 cups Almond Flour – 4 tbsp Coconut Flour – 4 tbsp Whole Psyllium Husk – ¼ tsp Salt – ¼ cup Erythritol – 2 tsp Baking Powder – 1 tsp Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar – 1 tbsp Melted Coconut Oil SUGAR-FREE CINNAMON SUGAR – ⅓ cup Erythritol – 1 tsp Cinnamon TO BRUSH AIR FRIED DONUTS OR FRY – 2-3 tbsp Coconut Oil

Activate the yeast in lukewarm water. Set Aside for 10 minutes.

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spoon.

Make a well in the flour and pour melted coconut oil and the yeast mixture.

Knead the keto donut dough with your hands

Prepare the sugar-free cinnamon sugar in another bowl.

Divide the keto donut dough into 14 similar portions.

Roll each piece of donut dough into a small ball.

Transfer the 14 keto dough balls on a piece of parchment paper.
