Keto Overnight Oats – ½ cup Hemp Heart – 3 tbsp Chia Seeds – ½ cup Almond Milk – ¼ cup Greek Yogurt OPTIONAL – 2-3 tbsp Erythritol – ½ tsp Cinnamon – ½ tsp Vanilla Extract – 1 tbsp Almond Butter
In a wide breakfast bowl, stir the hemp heart and chia seeds. Stir in any crystal sweetener at this time, if desired to sweeten your Keto Overnight Oats.
Stir in the yogurt and milk until the overnight oats are evenly combined. Add the optional vanilla or almond butter now if desired.
Cover the bowl tightly with plastic film wrap and refrigerate overnight. I recommend giving a good stir in the keto overnight oats mixture 2-3 hours later.
