INGREDIENTS

– 1 cup Peanut Butter – 1 cup Almond Milk – 2 large Eggs – 1 tsp Vanilla – ⅔ cup Erythritol – 1 ¾ cup Almond Flour – 1 tbsp Baking Powder – 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar – ⅓ cup Psyllium Husk

Prepare the Pan

Line a 9-inch x 5-inch loaf pan (bread-loaf deep) with lightly oiled parchment paper. Set aside.

Add Ingredients

In a food processor combine the Keto Peanut Butter Bread: peanut butter, almond milk, eggs, vanilla, and sugar-free crystal sweetener.

First Processing

Close the food processor and process the Keto Peanut Butter Bread Ingredients until smooth about 40 seconds.

Add Flour and Vinegar

Open the food processor and add almond flour, apple cider vinegar, and baking powder.

Process Again

Process again on medium/high speed until the almond flour is well incorporated, about 30-40 seconds.

Add Psyllium Husk

Open the food processor and add psyllium husk to the Keto Peanut Butter Bread batter and process again.

Pour Batter into Pan

Pour the Keto Peanut Butter Bread batter into the prepared 9-inch x5-inch loaf pan.

Bake the Peanut Bread

Bake the Keto Peanut Butter Bread for 50 minutes in an oven preheated to 390°F (200°C).

Cool Down

Remove the pan from the oven. Cool down for 10 minutes in the pan and for 3 hours on a rack.
