– 2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree – ½ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spices – 1-2 tbsp Erythritol – ½ tsp Vanilla Extract – 1 cup Almond Milk – ½ cup Brewed Coffee

In a small saucepan, under low/medium heat, whisk pumpkin puree, pumpkin spices, vanilla, and erythritol.

Stir the Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte Ingredients and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant.

Add Almond Milk

Stir in unsweetened almond milk and simmer your pumpkin spiced milk for 1 minute, or until it forms bubbles on the side of the pan.

You can make this PSL Bulletproof by optionally transferring it to a blender and adding butter and MCT Oil.

Assemble the PSL

Pour the hot brewed coffee into two large coffee mugs (minimum 12 fl oz each). Or into 3 cups for smaller Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte.
