Keto Raspberry Jam – 2 cups Frozen Raspberries – 2 tbsp Chia Seeds – ½ tbsp Lemon Juice – 3 tbsp Sugar-free Powdered Sweetener
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all the keto jam ingredients: frozen raspberries, chia seeds, lemon juice and sugar-free powdered sweetener of your choice.
Cover the bowl and let it rest at room temperature for one hour before mashing the keto jelly mixture using a potato masher.
Transfer the Keto Raspberry Jelly into small mason jars and keep them tightly closed to store them for longer.
