Prepare Cinnamon Sugar

In a small bowl, prepare the keto cinnamon sugar. Stir erythritol and cinnamon and set aside for later.

Mix Egg and Sweetener

In a small bowl, beat together egg, oil or butter, vanilla extract, and erythritol.

Add Flour and Cinnamon

Stir in almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and cream of tartar to the Keto Snickerdoodle Mug Cake batter.

Transferring into Mug

Transfer about half of the mug cake batter into the coffee mug, then add half the keto cinnamon sugar and the remaining cake batter.
