KETO SPINACH SALAD

INGREDIENTS

– 5 oz Baby Spinach Leaves – 4 strips Thick Cut Bacon – 1/3 cup Walnuts  – 1 oz Fresh Strawberries  – 3.8 oz Feta Cheese  HOT BACON DRESSING – 3 Garlic Cloves – 2 tablespoons Sugar-free Maple Syrup – 3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard – 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

Prepare Spinach Leaves

In a large mixing bowl add the baby spinach leaves.

Add Toasted Walnuts

In a small skillet, toast the walnuts for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Add to the Salad.

Add Fried Bacon

Fry the bacon pieces for 3-4 minutes, stirring often until bacon is crispy. Add to the Salad.

Add Cold Ingredients

Add the strawberry slices, crumbled feta cheese on top of the salad.

Serve with Dressing

In the bacon skillet, add the crushed garlic cloves, then immediately add the remaining dressing ingredients: apple cider vinegar, sugar-free maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour on the salad after boiling.
