Keto Protein Cookies

These Keto Protein Cookies are my go-to post-workout snack. Why? They are loaded with protein (almost 7 grams per cookie) and low in net carbs. But they are SOOO tasty!

INGREDIENTS

Keto Protein Cookies – Almond Flour – Vanilla Protein Powder – Erythritol – Baking Powder – Unsweetened Almond Milk – Coconut Oil – Sugar-free Chocolate Chips

Prepare the Keto Protein Cookies batter by mixing the dry ingredient: almond flour, vanilla protein powder, baking powder, and crystal  sweetener.

Mix the Dry Keto Protein Cookie ingredients with a silicone spatula until all flour and protein powder lumps are broken before making a well in the middle.

Pour the almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract into the Protein Cookie batter and combine it until it becomes gummy before adding the sugar-free chocolate chips.

When the Keto Protein Cookie batter is fully combined, it should become dense, thick, but not too sticky. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Form 7 Keto Protein Cookies and bake them for 12 to 18 minutes in an oven preheated to 350°F (180°C) before letting them cool down on a cooling rack.
