Roasted Rutabaga


Roasted Rutabaga - Rutabaga – Avocado Oil – Salt – Garlic Powder – Onion Powder – Oregano

Peel and cut the rutabaga into 0.7-inch cubes. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.


Place the cubes in a large mixing bowl and drizzle some oil and spices. Use a spatula or your hands to toss the cubes with the oil and spices until evenly covered with the mixture.


Bake the roasted rutabaga for 30-40 minutes, shaking halfway until golden and fork-tender in the center. If the center is soft, it's cooked through. Remove from the oven and serve.
