Single-Serve Baked Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS

Single-Serve Baked Oatmeal – Old-Fashioned Oats – Egg – Almond Milk – Maple Syrup – Avocado Oil – Vanilla Extract – Cinnamon – Baking Powder – Mixed Berries

In a small mixing bowl, beat the egg with milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and avocado oil to make the liquid single-serve baked oatmeal  batter.

Pour the oats, baking powder, and cinnamon into the Single-Serve Baked Oatmeal batter and whisk for a few minutes.

Stir in fresh berries or chocolate chips in the mixture and pour the mixture into the ramekin.

Bake the Single-Serve Baked Oatmeal in the center rack of the oven for 25-35 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
