Spinach Balls

INGREDIENTS

Spinach Balls – Fresh Spinach Leaves – Eggs  – Grated Mozzarella – Chopped Fresh Parsley – Garlic Powder – Salt – Almond Flour – Whole Psyllium Husk

Trim and Wash the spinach leaves. Place them in a large bowl and cover them with boiling water.

Rinse the spinach leaves under cold water and squeeze all the remaining water out.

Finely chop the cooked spinach with a kitchen knife. Transfer to a mixing bowl.

Combine the Spinach Ball ingredients: Spinach, Cheese, Almond Flour, Garlic, Salt, Eggs, Parsley.

Stir and mix the spinach ball ingredients with a spatula until well combined.

Take a tablespoon of batter and roll it with your hands. Place the spinach balls on a baking sheet.

Bake the Spinach Ball for 20-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 390°F (200°C).

Serve immediately with low-carb dips, tomato sauce, guacamole or mustard.
