Sugar-Free Granola – 1 ¾ cup Rolled Oats – ½ cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut – ½ cup Walnuts – ¼ cup Sunflower Seeds – ¼ cup Sesame Seeds – ⅓ cup Crystal Sweetener – ⅓ cup Flaxseed Meal – 1 teaspoon Cinnamon – ¼ cup Melted Coconut Oil – 1 large Egg White – 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Combine all the dry Sugar-free Granola ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Combine the dry ingredients before stirring in liquid ingredients until all seeds, nuts, and oats are nicely coated.

Spread the granola in an even single layer on a baking sheet. Bake the sugar-free granola at 320°F (150°C) for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.

Let the granola cool down at room temperature on the baking sheet without touching the mixture. Incorporate dried-freeze strawberries and sugar-free chocolate chips.
