Whole Roasted Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS

Whole Roasted Cauliflower - Cauliflower Head – Avocado Oil – Lemon Juice – Cumin – Dried Oregano – Dried Marjoram – Salt – Garlic Powder – Onion Powder

Remove the green outer leaves from the cauliflower and cut the cauliflower foot to make it flat. It should stand still on its foot on a flat surface.

In a mixing bowl, stir all the marinade ingredients. Turn the cauliflower head upside down,  and pour half of the sauce and wait for it to drip down the core of the cauliflower.

Place the cauliflower on a large cast-iron pan. Brush the remaining sauce on top of the cauliflower head using a pastry brush- you can also massage it by hand.

Close the lid and bake the cauliflower for 40 to 60 minutes in an oven at 350°F (180°C). Remove the lid and sprinkle some Parmesan cheese. Keep baking for 10 minutes.
