Making these 3-Ingredient Fat Bombs is super easy since it only takes 3 basic ingredients.
Ingredients
- Cream Cheese – You can swap the cream cheese for vegan cream cheese for a dairy-free option. Cream cheese is a keto-friendly ingredient.
- Almond Butter – Use either natural almond butter or natural peanut butter. Avoid any nut butter with more than one ingredient.
- Powdered Sweetener – Any powdered keto sweetener like powdered erythritol or powdered allulose works.
For extra flavor add some of the below:
- Vanilla Extract
- A drizzle of peanut butter on top of the fat bombs.
- Crushed peanuts – roll fat bomb into it.
- Sugar-free chocolate chips – to add some crunchiness to the fat bombs.
- Cocoa powder – to make them chocolatey, similar to my cheesecake keto fat bombs.
Making The Fat Bombs
Pour the cold cream cheese, almond butter, and vanilla extract into the bowl of a stand mixer.
Combine the 3-ingredient fat bomb batter for about 30 seconds.
You can also use an electric beater to beat the batter for 30 to 45 seconds in a large mixing bowl until it forms a thick and consistent batter.
Stop the beater or food processor, and add the powdered sweetener.
Stir or beat again until the sweetener is well incorporated. The batter should be thick, and that’s ok.
Scoop one tablespoon of fat bomb batter using a cookie scoop, place it in lightly oiled hands, and roll the batter into a ball.
Then, place it on the prepared tray. You can also place the batter into small silicone molds if preferred.
Making The Peanut Butter Coating
Drizzle some runny almond butter on top of the fat bombs and roll them into crushed almonds or crushed peanuts to decorate.
Freeze the 3-ingredient fat bombs until the batter is set, it takes about 1 hour.
