Keto Dutch Baby Pancake – 3 large Eggs – 3 oz Cream Cheese – 1 ½ tbsp Unsalted Butter – ¾ tsp Baking powder – 1 cup Almond Flour – 2 tsp Vanilla – 3 tbsp Erythritol – ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
Combine the Cream Cheese, Eggs (White and Yolks), and melted butter in the jug of a high-speed blender.
Blend the egg mixture before adding the baking powder, almond flour, sweetener, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Blend the Keto Dutch Baby Pancake batter until it's smooth. Meanwhile, place a cast-iron skillet in the oven at 460°F (240°C).
Remove the skillet from the oven, place it on a wooden board and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
Pour the blended Keto Dutch Baby Pancake Batter onto the hot cast-iron skillet with the melted butter.
Place the Cast-Iron Skillet back into the oven at 460°F (240°C) and bake the Keto Dutch Baby Pancake for 10 to 15 minutes.
When the Keto Dutch Baby Pancake is cooked, brush some melted butter on its top with a kitchen brush.
Sprinkle some powdered erythritol on top of the Keto Dutch Baby Pancakes before eating them.
