Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge – 1 cup Natural Peanut Butter – ⅓ cup Coconut Oil – ¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder – ¼ cup Powdered Erythritol OPTIONAL – ¼ tsp Salt – ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Combine the Peanut Butter and Coconut Oil in a bowl. Microwave the mixture for 30-60 seconds.
Add the Vanilla Extract and combine the Peanut Butter mixture for your keto fudge.
Pour the Cocoa Powder, Powdered Erythritol, and Salt. Stir the batter until well combined.
Pour the keto chocolate fudge mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
Take the Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge to the freezer for 30 to 40 minutes to set.
Once the Keto Chocolate Fudge is set, sprinkle some salt. Use a knife to take the fudge out of the pan.
Slice the Keto Chocolate Fudge with a knife warmed under hot water.
Store the chocolate fudge in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
