INGREDIENTS

Keto Peanut Butter Bread – 1 cup Natural Peanut Butter – 1 cup Almond Milk – 2 large Eggs – 1 tsp Vanilla Essence – ⅔ cup Erythritol – 1 ¾ cup Almond Flour – 1 tbsp Baking Powder – 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar – ⅓ cup Whole Psyllium Husk

Pour the Peanut Butter, Almond Milk, Sweetener, Vanilla, Eggs in a food processor.

Close the food processor and process until smooth for 40 seconds.

Open the food processor and pour the Almond Flour, Apple Cider Vinegar, Baking Powder.

Process again and add Psyllium Husk before processing one last time.

Pour the Keto Peanut Butter Bread batter into a 9x5-inch pan lined with parchment paper.

Spread the batter and cook the Keto Peanut Butter bread at 390°F (200°C) for 50 minutes.
