STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM POPSICLES
– 1 cup Full-fat Plain Yogurt – 1 cup Heavy Cream – ¼ cup Liquid Sweetener – 1 ½ cup Strawberry – 1-2 tbsp Lime Juice – 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend at high speed until smooth.
Fill the popsicles mold up to the top and insert a popsicle wooden stick in the center of each popsicle.
Freeze Keto Popsicles
Freeze overnight and store up to 3 months in the freezer.
Release and Decorate
Release one popsicle from the fridge at a time, place the mold under hot tap water to pull out the popsicle from its mold. Decorate with melted Chocolate.
