Cinnamon Coffe Cake Batter  – 2 cups Almond Flour – ¼ cup Coconut Flour – ⅓ cup + 2 tbsp Erythritol  – 2 tsp Baking Powder – ¼ tsp Salt – 3 large Eggs – 2 tsp Vanilla Extract – ½ cup Unsalted Butter – ⅓ cup Almond Milk Streusel Toppings – 1 cup Almond Flour – ⅓ cup Erythritol – ⅓ cup Unsalted Butter – 1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon – ½ tsp Ground Nutmeg – 2 tsp Instant Espresso  – ½ cup Chopped Walnuts

Combine all the dry keto cinnamon coffee cake batter ingredients in a mixing bowl.
