Keto Condensed Milk – 1 ¼ cup Heavy Cream – 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter – ½ cup Powdered Erythritol – 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract – ¾ teaspoon Xanthan Gum
Bring the heavy cream to a light boil in a saucepan before reducing it to low heat and letting it simmer uncovered for about 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove the Keto Condensed Milk mixture from the heat and whisk in the butter, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract before adding the xanthan gum.
Cook the Keto Condensed Milk again for 3 to 5 minutes to thicken it before transferring it to a glass mason jar where it can be stored for up to 5 days.
